Bauchi Investment Corporation Securities Limited is a financial services firm, incorporated on 28th November, 2007 and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission to operate as a Broker/Dealer. We are also licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange as a Dealing Member Firm. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Bauchi Investment Corporation Limited, our business is focused on creating opportunities, enhancing wealth creation, protecting wealth and sustaining clients’ legacy. We currently operate from 2 locations in Nigeria: Bauchi and Lagos. We provide world class Financial and advisory services to clients that include government, corporations, agencies, financial institutions, religious bodies and high net-worth individuals. Board of Directors
Abubakar is currently the Managing Director of Bauchi Investment Corporation Limited (2006 – to date), a holding and financing company for the State government. He also serves as a member and secretary of the State Bureau for Privatisation and Economic Reform. He is also a member of the State committee on small & medium Enterprises and the State committee on commodity exchange.
Oyekola Alade joined Bauchi Investment Corporation Securities as the Managing Director from IMTL Securities where he served as their Chief Operating Officer. At IMTL, he coordinated IMTL Securities Limited financial planning process including long-range /strategic planning and short-range/tactical planning.
Sa’idu is the MD/CEO of Bauchi Investment Corporation Micro Finance Bank Limited where he reports to the Board of Directors and is also the Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. Sa’idu also holds strategic positions in the Bauchi State Government as a Permanent Secretary of the Bauchi State Pension Board and Permanent Secretary/DG Bauchi State Agency for Sustainable Microfinance.
